Shipping

If you live in any of the 50 states and Puerto Rico, MODAYA will deliver to you. Our pieces might take longer to get to you if you live in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico (for shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico please expect arrival of 12-16 days from the date of your order)

Ground: (5-8 days): Always free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, we charge a $10 flat shipping fee.

Expedited (2-3 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $25

Overnight (1-2 days and available to the 48 contiguous states): $35

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT

We currently do not ship internationally. If you are keen on a LIMNIA piece and just have to have it, drop us a note at team@limnia.com and we will see what we can do for you.

ARE THE GOODS INSURED?

Absolutely, yes. LIMNIA insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. Because we want to make sure you receive your products, we require that you sign for goods delivered. At that point, you become responsible for the pieces.

However, if the pieces are to be delivered to someone other than yourself, then signature by the recipient at the specified delivery address constitutes for delivery by LIMNIA and responsibility for the product is transferred at that point.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We are confident that you will love and keep our products. But if it doesn’t work out, you can return your unused pieces within 5 business days of receiving them. Just send us an email at team@limnia.com. We will send you a return label and you can return it back to us. We will refund you in full back to your original form of payment. However, please note that we will not refund any shipping charges you paid.

WHAT IS YOUR EXCHANGE POLICY?

Unless the products are damaged or defective, we will not be able to exchange these items. If you would like to order a piece in a different size or a different product altogether, we will process it as a return. Please email us at support@ishoptara.com so we can process it for you.
